We assume all information provided by the user or advertiser is truthful, legal, and complies with Indian law. You are responsible for any legal or civil issues arising from your ad's publication.
Retro Ads reserves the right to offer or deny promotions, features, products, packages, or discounts to any media at our discretion.
The ad preview you see is an approximation and may differ from the final published ad. Retro Ads is not liable for such variations.
Retro Ads will not accept claims or compensation requests resulting from third-party actions.
Cancellations must be done offline and depend on the ad's status (booked, forwarded, or in process).

Retro Ads is not responsible for delays caused by the publication during service delivery.
